According to French publication L’Equipe, Manchester City remain heavily interested in Bayern Munich winger, Kingsley Coman.
Coman is currently on loan in Germany from Italian giants Juventus, and it appears the Coman has impressed so much during his time in Bavaria that Bayern are planning to activate their agreed set-price of €21 million for the Frenchman. This is something that has been confirmed by Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and their manager Carlo Ancelotti.
Whether Bayern truly want to tie down Coman for the future remains a mystery, however. L’Equipe also claim that once Bayern have signed Coman, Manchester City will make a €50 million offer for the tricky winger.
City already have two top-quality, young wingers in the shape of Raheem Sterling and Leroy Sané, but with Jesus Navas looking a near certainty to leave the club and Nolito failing to live up to expectations, they may need to invest further in that position.
Coman is just 20 years old but has already had a decorated career at the top level. He came through the ranks at Paris St Germain before his move to Turin, and he has already won eight major trophies.
Until the end of March, the City Store is marking down some iconic Retro Shirts to £20 (£18 for Cityzens).
