AS Monaco will rebuff any attempts by clubs including Manchester City for Kylian Mbappé by offering the teenager a new contract, according to French publication Le10Sport.
Kylian Mbappé has caught the attention of Europe’s elite after a break-through season for AS Monaco. The 18-year old has already scored his first career hat-trick, reached double digits in the league and fired his team into the Champions League quarter-finals with two goals against Manchester City.
Manchester City, Arsenal, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain are all believed to be interested in the forward who has already scored 19 goals in all competitions this season. However, Le10Sport believe that Monaco will reject any move for their French sensation and instead offer Mbappé an improved deal.
But Le10Sport are from convinced that Monaco can keep him. Their position is “weak” since the France international has only two years left on his contract meaning Monaco will have to act very quickly.
