The FA has officially announced details for Manchester City’s return to Wembley, when they face Arsenal in the FA Cup semi-finals.
The match will take place on 3pm on Sunday 23 April.
Given that City are the only non-London club in the semis, most Blues would have preferred the Saturday date given to Chelsea vs. Tottenham, allowing for more convenient travel options to and from Manchester. But the supporters are rarely in the thoughts of football authorities these days.
City will play Arsenal twice in April, with the second Premier League fixture of the two this season penned in for Sunday 2 April, three weeks before the big game at Wembley.
