Manchester City club captain Vincent Kompany was expected to be handed just his second start of 2017 in today’s FA Cup encounter against Huddersfield, but has suffered another injury setback, it is reported.
According to Sam Lee of Goal, 30-year-old Kompany didn’t train yesterday because of a fresh injury.
Kompany didn't train yesterday and won't play today. Unsure of exact extent of injury but told it's not major

The injury is said to be nothing major, hopefully meaning he can be back in time for Tuesday night’s big game against AS Monaco at the Etihad Stadium. The iconic centre-back has played just 341 minutes of football this season in his most injury ravaged campaign to date.
