Manchester City are confident that promising defender Tosin Adarabioyo won’t complete a move to Everton any time soon and expect him to sign a new deal at the club.
Tosin Adarabioyo’s contract is set to run out at the end of the season meaning that Everton would be able to take him away from Manchester City, however Pep Guardiola’s side remain confident that they will be able to tie him down to a new deal.
It has previously been reported that Manchester City were unwilling to agree to high wage demands from Adarabioyo’s representatives, setting a precedent they wouldn’t want other young players to expect. However, Adarabioyo has continued training with the first-team despite links away to Merseyside and any move to Everton in the near future isn’t likely.
