Full Champions League draw – Manchester City face AS Monaco

Manchester City have learned their Champions League round of 16 opponent – they will face Monaco.

The home tie will take place on Tuesday 21 February, before the return leg on Wednesday 15 March at the Stade Louis II.

Monaco are currently second in Ligue 1 behind Mario Balotelli’s Nice, having won 12 out of their 17 games so far. They topped Group D, with Bayer Leverkusen finishing in second place – Tottenham Hotspur finished 3rd in that group.

Monaco play their home games at Stade Louis II which means there will be a relatively small allocation for away fans, with the capacity just 18,523.
