Spurs vs. Manchester City: Starting Lineups & TV Information

It’s 1st vs. 2nd this afternoon as Manchester City make the daunting trip to White Hart Lane where they face fellow high-flyers Tottenham in the big match of the weekend.

Both teams have been in excellent form this season and remain the Premier League’s only unbeaten sides. Mauricio Pochettino is from the Marcelo Bielsa school of coaching and will hope his high intensity style can unsettle City, as Celtic did during the week.

Pep Guardiola has opted for Fernando and Navas over Gundogan and Sané today, with the German midfielder possibly not ready to play three games in eight games yet. Today’s referee is Andre Marriner, who infamously ‘missed’ the Sergio Aguero elbow on Winston Reid, which led to a three-match ban for the striker, who starts for the Blues today.

Here are the lineups:

Spurs XI: Lloris (c), Walker, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Rose, Wanyama, Dele, Sissoko, Eriksen, Lamela, Son

City XI: Bravo, Zabaleta (c), Otamendi, Stones, Kolarov, Fernando, Fernandinho, Silva, Sterling, Navas, Aguero

Today’s match can be viewed on Sky Sports 1 in the UK. A full list of TV coverage from around the world can be found here.
