City’s transfer deadline day has been a busy one today, with seven players leaving the club and one joining – here’s your transfer deadline day summary:
The first player to leave the club was Joe Hart after he arrived in Turin yesterday afternoon. He will join the Italian club on a season-long loan during which time he is expected to work out his long-term future:

And the England goalkeeper left an emotional message aimed at Manchester City fans on his social media channels:

The next out of the door at City was out-of-favour striker Wilfried Bony who packed his bags and headed off to Stoke City. It is reported that Stoke will pay City a fee of £2 million for his services during the season-long loan:

Samir Nasri also headed out on loan today, and he will be playing his football in La Liga this year after joining Europa League champions Sevilla on another season-long loan:

Shay Facey is another man that has gone out on loan having joined Heerenveen, which makes him the tenth City player to head over to the Netherlands this summer:

French defender Eliaquim Mangala was also a victim of the mass exodus, and he joins Samir Nasri in La Liga next season after signing for Valencia:

And then there was another loan. City’s EDS captain Kean Bryan departed the club to get some first-team experience with League One side Bury:

Jason Denayer has also departed City late in the day despite City’s apparent insistence that he should stay at the club. The young Belgian has joined Sunderland:
