One of Manchester City’s summer buys, Oleksandr Zinchenko, is heading out on loan to Dutch champions PSV Eindhoven, both clubs have confirmed today.

19-year-old Zinchenko, already a full Ukraine international, was signed from FC Ufa earlier this summer and made a positive impression in pre-season games. However, with such an abundance of attacking midfield talent at the club, a loan is the best move for his development.
PSV will initially sign him for the 2016-17 season, but there is an option to extend the deal for another year. Joining the Eredivisie giants also ensures he can play Champions League football this season. PSV were grouped with Bayern Munich, Atlético Madrid and Rostov, meaning Oleksandr could gain some incredible experience if selected for these games.
