Deportivo La Coruña have let it slip that Manchester City have completed the signing of Colombian wonderkid, Marlos Moreno, by briefing the Spanish press that they expect him to arrive in Spain tonight to pen a season-long loan deal.
Mundo Deportivo has details of a media briefing from the La Liga club, which states that 19-year-old Moreno will arrive at A Coruña Airport at 20:20 this evening.
Once Moreno arrives, he will undergo a medical and all the formalities before signing a deal that will keep him on loan at the Galician club for the rest of the season.
According to AS journalist, Manu Sainz, the loan deal will come with the option of an extra year, meaning he may not be in Pep Guardiola’s immediate plans, or this could be with the expectation that he won’t receive a work permit yet.

Moreno has joined City in a deal worth around £8 million, a sizeable investment that shows they have big hopes for him at the Etihad. He recently won the Copa Libertadores with Atlético Nacional and also represented Colombia in this summer’s Copa América Centenario.
