Is Yaya Touré finally on the verge of reuniting with Roberto Mancini in Milan? According to Mundo Deportivo today, the answer is very much yes.
With the finances provided by new majority owners Suning Commerce Group, Mundo Deportivo claims everything now indicates that 33-year-old Touré will join Inter in the coming weeks. The final details are still to be sorted, but Yaya’s future seems almost decided: he’ll be joining Inter.
Here in England, the stance has been that Touré will not move to Italy and prefers to stay in the Premier League. The BBC have slightly shifted on that, confirming Inter’s interest and reporting there is a chance he could join Mancini at the San Siro.
However, a source has told the BBC that it is ’50-50′ on whether this transfer will go ahead, so there is still less confidence in England than in Spain and Italy that the midfield talisman is leaving the Etihad.
