You’ve probably all seen videos of the violence at Euro 2016 by now, with England fans in particular getting caught up in some confrontations.
After today’s 1-1 draw with Russia, in which City pair Joe Hart and Raheem Sterling both featured, Russian fans broke the segregation lines and rushed England fans, with police nowhere to be found.

England and City number one Joe Hart showed genuine concern for Three Lions supporters amid the problems, saying: “Be safe, stay here!”

Let’s hope the violence can soon clear up at this competition and it is remembered for the football!
