Time to catch up on today’s news – here’s your City Summary:

Gundogan. Laporte. Gundogan. Laporte. Gunporte. Lapogan. There’s already been weeks of speculation, but there are strong reports today that City are very close to finalising deals for both Aymeric Laporte and Ilkay Gundogan.

The news that City are close to completing the Gundogan transfer comes from BBC journalist David Ornstein:

According to the Daily Mail, Jesús Navas won’t be in the list of departures and will be given a chance to impress Pep Guardiola next season:
