Manchester City have signed Douglas Luiz for a fee of €12m who is likely to be sent to Girona on loan for the season.

Sporting midfielder William Carvalho could be on his way to City for a fee of €30m that could include Fernando going the other way.

Dani Alves has been officially announced by PSG today after opting for a move to the Parisian club over City.
