An official announcement that Ederson Moraes is a new Manchester City is now imminent, with a report from the Record newspaper in Portugal stating that negotiations between City and Benfica went successfully last night.
There have been some issues to iron out, such as Rio Ave’s stake in the player, but they have been more or less sorted now and the 23-year-old Brazilian should be presented today.
An announcement is just ‘hours’ away, Record reports.
