Galatasaray and Trabzonspor are both looking into signing Manchester City striker Wilfried Bony this summer.
According to Fotomaç, Bony will be available for a fee in the region of €10m (£8.4m) after a disappointing season on loan at Stoke. Bony has managed to find the net on just two occasions this term and has fallen out-of-favour since the turn of the year.
Cenk Ergün, the Galatasaray sporting director, reportedly spent four days in Europe in talks with multiple summer targets, and Bony found himself near the top of that list. However, Fotomaç reports that Real Sociedad forward Willian Jose remains Galatasaray’s number one target.
Trabzonspor are also interested in adding Bony to their strikeforce but are yet to make any contact with City over a potential deal.
City’s asking price of £8.4m means that they are set to sell Bony for less than a third of what they paid for him in January 2015. Bony failed to find his feet at the Etihad, scoring 10 goals in 46 appearances, and was then made available for transfer upon the arrival of manager Pep Guardiola.
