Patrick Roberts is coming to the end of an 18-month loan spell at Celtic during which he has won the Scottish Premiership twice as well as the Scottish League Cup.

The 20-year-old isn’t a guaranteed starter at Celtic Park, but his talent and potential is clear for all, and Manchester City could have a real gem on their hands here.

The England under-20 international showed his skills and talent again today, scoring Celtic’s second goal in a 2-2 draw against Ross County. Roberts nutmegged TWO players before beating the Ross County goalkeeper (who should have done better).

With the season coming to an end, Pep Guardiola is expected to take a look at Roberts, who will be part of City’s pre-season schedule. Could he replace Jesus Navas as an option on the right-wing?
