Manchester City player gets deserved PFA Young Player of the Year nomination

Manchester City’s Leroy Sané has received a nomination for the PFA Young Player of the Year in his first season at the club.

He had a slow start in England but his blistering pace and delivery in has seen him rise to become one of Manchester City’s most pivotal players, with 8 goals in 31 games in his first season at the club. On top of that, the 21-year-old has picked up 3 assists and delivered chance after chance for the strikers.

Sané is nominated alongside the likes of Dele Alli, Harry Kane and Romelu Lukaku for the award, so it isn’t going to be an easy one to win.
