Manchester City came out 3-1 winners over Hull City at a sunny Etihad Stadium today. There were many talking points, but perhaps the most glorious sight of the day, even more than Fabian Delph’s rocket strike, was the second goal, scored by Sergio Aguero.

It was a classic Pep Guardiola move, beginning at the back with Claudio Bravo and progressively working its way forward with intelligent play. The most impressive detail is that every player on the City team touched the ball before Aguero finished.

Guardiola will have been delighted to see a goal that perfectly matched his philosophy of build-up play, proof that his methods have begun to stick at City.

Here is the entire goal, including the build-up play. Watch and enjoy!
