It’s time to catch up on today’s news – here’s your City Summary:

Raheem Sterling is on the back pages of tomorrow’s Guardian with a highly critical assessment of his season. “I should have so many more goals. It’s terrible. I should be on about 15-16 goals right now.”

UK Prime Minister formally announced negotiations for the UK to begin leaving the European Union earlier this week and Pep had his say on the matter:

Bayern Munich coach Carlo Ancelotti has categorically ruled out the possibility that Kingsley Coman and Joshua Kimmich would leave Bayern this summer. Both as you might have read have been linked heavily with City in recent months.

Elsewhere, Eliaquim Mangala’s fortunes at Valencia have taken a turn for the better since the turn of the year. The French international has been lauded for his performances in Spain and today Spanish journalist Conrado Valle reported that several teams were willing to pay the £25.6m fee City want when his loan expires.

The last bit of transfer news is regarding a certain Argentinian. Pablo Zabaleta appears to have reached the end of the road at Manchester City with his contract up this summer. If rumours are to believed then Zabaleta could be heading to West Ham on a three-year deal.

And to finish off, in today’s press conference, Pep Guardiola revealed that Gabriel Jesus no longer needs crutches and is expected to return before Manchester City’s season ends. What a welcome return that would be.
