Three Manchester City players and Pep Guardiola up for Premier League awards

Manchester City enjoyed a 100% win record in the Premier League during February with victories over West Ham United, Swansea City and Bournemouth – two of which were on the road.

Involved in those performances were Gabriel Jesus, who scored 3 goals and got 1 assist in February. Unfortunately, the 19-year-old has been unable to continue that quality of performances due to a lengthy spell on the sidelines, but nonetheless, he has been nominated for Premier League Player of the Month.

However, he will face a challenge from fellow Manchester City man David Silva – the Spaniard has also been nominated by the Premier League for the award after a series of impressive performances that we’ve come to expect from the man dubbed ‘el mago’.

If you think Gabriel Jesus or David Silva should win the award, then make sure you vote now.

And behind every great team is a great manager – Pep Guardiola was nominated for the Premier League Manager of the Month award due to the clubs league performance, but he will face competition from Antonio Conte, Jose Mourinho and Tony Pulis. And finally, Brahim Díaz has been nominated for the Premier League 2 Player of the Month award, he scored 3 goals in 2 games and continues to impress at youth level.
