FC Porto are already in talks to acquire Ghanaian attacker, Yaw Yeboah, from Manchester City according to a report by A Bola.
The 19-year-old is currently on loan at FC Twente in the Netherlands where he often forms an attacking trio with fellow City loanees, Enes Ünal and Bersant Celina. He has scored two goals in the current Eredivisie campaign for Twente, who are currently in 8th position.
The Ghana-born player, who also had a loan spell at Lille in France last season, has apparently caught the eye of Porto scouts, with the Portuguese giants said to be working on a deal for this coming summer.
The story claims that Porto want him on loan to start with an option to buy in future. It’s unclear if the Dragões want him for their first-team or Porto B, who play in the second division of Portuguese football.
Despite having many talents, Yeboah’s chances of breaking into a Manchester City attack full of stars, several of them of a similar age to him, appear small, so a move to renowned talent developers Porto could be good for his career.
