Manchester City will travel to Huddersfield Town on Saturday 18th February with a 3pm kick-off time for their FA Cup 5th Round tie.
After Premier League opposition in the third and fourth rounds of the prestigious cup competition, City take on the Championship’s fifth placed team in the next round.
Coached by 45-year-old German, David Wagner, Huddersfield got off to a flying start to the season before a poor run of form in October and November set them back. The Terriers have recovered from that and have lost just one of their last eleven games, keeping them in contention for promotion to the Premier League.
One of Huddersfield’s star players this season has been Manchester City-owned midfielder Aaron Mooy, and recent reports have claimed that City have rejected a £9 million bid from an unnamed club for him, suggesting he could be in City’s future plans.
Australian intenational Mooy will be not be allowed to face his parent club in this game, as per FA Cup rules.
