Manchester City return to the FA Cup after Manuel Pellegrini sacked off the competition last year, fielding youth players against Chelsea in an attempt to prioritise the Champions League. City fans weren’t best pleased with that approach, logical as it may have been, and will be hoping Pep Guardiola takes it more seriously.

As usual with recent cup draws, City have not been awarded an easy home tie against lower league opposition. Instead, they travel to the London Stadium for the first time to face West Ham, who are also an upcoming Premier League opponent.

Michael Oliver is tonight’s referee and here are the teams Pep Guardiola and Slaven Bilić have opted for.

West Ham XI: Adrián, Cresswell, Reid, Ogbonna, Lanzini, Nordtveit, Fernandes, Feghouli, Obiang, Antonio, Carroll

Manchester City XI: Caballero, Sagna, Kolarov, Otamendi, Clichy, Zabaleta Touré, De Bruyne, Silva, Sterling, Agüero

Today’s match can be viewed on BBC One in the UK. A full list of TV coverage from around the world can be found here.
