Inter Milan have again entered the race to sign fan favourite Pablo Zabaleta.
According to Calciomercato, Inter Milan are again looking at the possibility of bringing Pablo Zabaleta to Italy in order to reinforce their defence.
The news comes as City look set to strengthen the full-back positions and it is highly likely that the aging Argentine will not be a regular first-team player next season.
Inter could come in with an offer during the January transfer window however Zabaleta will be able to leave on a free transfer at the end of the season as his contract comes to an end – it is unlikely that City will be renewing his contract.
Zabaleta hasn’t had the best of times so far this season, resulting in many City fans declaring the right-back as “past it” and a move away from City may be the best decision in order to avoid tinting his reputation as one of the best right-backs City have had.
