Today shall be renamed Gabriel Jesus day, as there’s been plenty of news surrounding him. First up is the report from SPORT that City have agreed with a deal with the Brazilian, which would also see him return to Palmeiras on loan:

Eric Faria from Globo suggests that negotiations are done and an agreement should be signed in the next few days. It’s also reported that Pep Guardiola spoke to Gabriel Jesus for 15 minutes in order to convince him to sign for Manchester City – it’s safe to say it may have worked:

FC Twente have today announced the signing of Yaw Yeboah on a season-long loan, despite the 19-year old’s comments that Pep informed him he has a part to play in the upcoming season:

Next up is an update on Leroy Sané, reports in Germany suggest that the wingers release clause will drop to €34 million next summer, a deal which would be worth at least €17 million less than Schalke’s current demands:

A deal for Bonucci is going to be a tough one to strike but could Kostas Manolas of Roma be an alternative?

Everyone loves to annoy Arsenal a little bit, right? It looks like City may have done just that by declaring an interest in Hector Bellerin:

And finally, is the first Manchester derby between Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola in China be called off due to torrential rain? It’s a possibility as Beijing has been hit by floods:
